1. Payment

In our webshop you can pay with:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Dankort)
  • MobilePay
  • Bank transfer

The amount is reserved on your account when ordering and is only withdrawn when the item is shipped. Payment with cash is only possible in our physical store.

2. Shipping and Delivery

It is possible to order 'Pickup in store' (Click & Collect).

Pick up in store: Badevej 12, 6950 Søndervig, Ringkøbing.

Delivery in Denmark (GLS and Postnord)

  • Orders under DKK 499: From DKK 59 to parcel shop or business address.
  • Orders over DKK 499: Free delivery to parcel shop or business address.

The shipping price appears on the order confirmation before you pay.

Delivery time: 2-3 days unless it is a made-to-order item.

Note: Furniture and larger products that cannot be shipped with GLS have individual shipping prices. Delivery to non-bridged islands may incur additional fees. Contact us for further details.

Uncollected packages: If a package is not collected from the parcel shop and returned to us, the customer bears the costs of re-delivery.

Insurance: The goods are insured during shipping. Please check the package upon receipt and report any damage to us within 2 days.

Pickup at our store is free.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of receipt of the item.

Return

  • The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as upon delivery.
  • Lack of original packaging may result in a loss of value assessment.
  • The customer bears the costs of return.
  • If the item is lost during return, ByMejls will not cover the costs.
  • Furniture with special measurements and custom-made items cannot be returned.

Mark the package "Right of withdrawal" and attach a copy of the invoice.

We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving and checking the item.

4. Complaints

According to the Danish Sales Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint on all goods.

  • Visible damage must be noted upon receipt.
  • Hidden defects must be reported to us within 7 days.
  • If the complaint is approved, ByMejls will cover the costs of repair or replacement.
  • If an item is returned without a confirmed complaint, the customer must pay the return shipping.

Contact us at info@bymejls.dk with a description and pictures of the error. We will assess whether the item should be returned or simply discarded.

5. Special terms for furniture and specialty items

  • Furniture with special measurements or made-to-order items cannot be returned or cancelled after ordering.
  • Furniture is typically delivered to the curb without support. Contact us to arrange additional services.

6. Right to complain

If you wish to complain about your purchase, you can contact us at info@bymejls.dk .

If we do not find a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævn for E-handlen via www.forbrug.dk .
