Return

If you regret your purchase on the webshop, you always have a 14-day right of return on our goods.

Goods can only be returned by either filling out the return form below, or by filling out a return form and sending the goods to the following address:

The return slip is necessary to identify the case in question upon receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and the buyer bears the costs associated with the return.

Refunds for returned goods will be credited to the customer's account within 14 days from the date of ByMejls ApS' receipt of the returned goods and return slip.

Note: If the item is lost upon return, ByMejls ApS will not bear the costs.

If the item is not in the same condition upon return as upon delivery, an amount corresponding to the condition of the item will be refunded. ByMejls ApS will determine an amount for the depreciation of the item, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer's account.

Note: Returns do not apply to furniture with special measurements made to order.

If an item is desired in a different color, size, etc. compared to what has been ordered and delivered, a new order must be placed in the webshop.

Complaint

It is important to us that you receive the best service and that all products meet your expectations. Should you receive a defective or incorrect product, please send an email to info@bymejls.dk .

Further information regarding complaints

  • Please note that visible damage must always be noted upon receipt of your goods.
  • Hidden damage must be reported to us no later than 7 days after receipt. This can be done by sending an email to info@bymejls.dk .

If the complaint is confirmed, ByMejls ApS will bear the costs associated with the delivery of a replacement product. If the replacement product is not available, the amount paid will be credited within 30 days.

Please note: Upon receipt of any replacement goods, you may be charged customs duties. ByMejls ApS will not bear this amount.

Whether a defective item should be returned to ByMejls ApS or simply discarded depends on the case and the condition of the item. Further information will follow after ByMejls ApS has received a completed complaint form.

The buyer bears the costs of return shipping if goods are returned without the complaint being confirmed by ByMejls ApS.

All products in the webshop are covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right of complaint means that the buyer can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase.
